We provide advice and participate in strategic planning concerning all aspects of the employment relationship, including:
• collective bargaining
• alternate dispute resolution
• development of employment policies and procedures
• handling leave of absence requests under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• classifying employees as "exempt" or "non-exempt" under the Fair Labor Standards Act
• privacy issues, such as alcohol and drug testing, video surveillance, email and voicemail monitoring
• investigating allegations of employee misconduct, including sexual harassment
• addressing EEOC issues

We will work with you on drafting, reviewing, and revising:
• employee handbooks
• employee agreements
• employee applications
• personnel policies and procedure manuals
• individual employment policies
• disciplinary notices
• layoff notices
• investigation protocols
• confidentiality agreements
We will also provide your company with training in all areas of Labor and Employment law, from "Lunch and Learn" to full day training sessions.
